Trending @Cognizant; PA to A promotion

In the Q4, my promotion got deferred due to plenty of miscommunication on this RTO topic. I used to follow 2-3 days of WFO. But when I reached out to the HR in Feb, he informed me that my work model is set as 4+ work from office days. My E.Del and manager both tried to state that it was set by mistake and now they have changed it to 2-3 days per week. But, the HR rejected the request. So please follow this RTO thing. Since Feb middle I have been going to the office almost everyday. But, still not sure that the HRs will check the RTO policy of 2.5+ days between which dates in Q1. FYI, in Q4 they checked from mid September,2024-mid December,2024.

Pretty abrupt.....
