For example if an employee assume as PA completes his 2 years (PAT + PA) on July 31, then his HM will be able to see promotion option on the Go perform profile of his respective employee in that week itself near to date, but no one receives any emails, so we need to keep in touch with manager and asks them to check on that, only this option everyone have
