Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion

Hi Guys, I joined CTS on 28th Dec 2021, I’ll complete 2.5 years on this June end. I work as a SAP ABAP Dev in a project. My current CTC IS 4.8LPA, I got 4 rating last year from my HCM. I’m 100% billable. Few days ago my old HCM left cognizant and told me that I have been promoted to A from his side and he is done telling upper management to promote me since I kept a really good connection with him.

Today is 21st June 2024. He said expect the promotion emails and new offer letters on or before 25th June 2024 and said if not this month, I’ll get arrears. Y’all please share some words with me regarding this, I’m so excited, yet confused and scared since I haven’t received anything yet. Also please tell how much in hand salary I should expect after being promoted. Thanks and kind regards.
