Hi All, I joined Cognizant as a PA on Aug 1st 2022 (gencNext candidate), When can I expect promotion from PA to A? My current CTC is 7.3 LPA , What can I expect my CTC to be after the promotion?

Combining both yearly hike and promotion hike I think max ur CTC can reach at 8.3…very minimal chance to reach 8.5 based on the current condition of the company.

Most probably they will not give the promotion from PA to A.

Because from this year onwards associate is not like of default promotion and already you have genc next package, that is the reason
