My friend will be completing his 30 months at the mid of this July. When will he be getting promoted? And what 3 months will be consodered for RTO checking? Will it be 3 months before his 30 months completion or 3 months before the opening of nomination portal?

30 months experience of PA or 12 months of PAT are also included in it?

It's the same for me. I have few more queries-
- Wii the increment be calculated based on PA salary or A salary as we are supposed to be promoted effective from July only?
- If we were rk be promoted on Q4, will salary for rest of the Q3 accoounted for and compensated?
