I will complete 30 months by the end of this month in cognizant. My project work model is remote (0–1 days), and I report to the office biweekly. Will this affect my promotion, considering the eligibility criteria for RTO is 2.5 days per week?

Bro it could be a prblm as my teammate who was doing WFH from DOJ, last quarter when his managers were checking for his promotion. He was ineligible due to min 2.5/week policy
