The Guys talking about list.. do anyone know who shared this list to whom. Once name is in list, what's the confirmation rate? Is going to shortlist from here?

8moBased on 2 criteria (tenure in role and last rating 3/+) eligible list is sent from HR to Operations.
Up to A level is automatic promotion unless peration removes your name from the list while sending it back to HR.

I checked with my project manager.he Said nothing received from EDL

List would be shared with your EDLs, you just need to check with your HCM manager and he will check with higher hierarchy
