Hey everyone,
Iād like to clarify the situation regarding promotions.
As per the discussion with HR, Q4 promotions (which were supposed to be completed by the end of December) got delayed. The profiles that have been updated now are due to the delayed Q4 process.
The good news is that in Q1 of 2025, employees who meet all the criteria will be automatically promoted. All eligible employees will receive an official email by the end of March, and the revised salary will be effective from April.
The criteria for promotion are as follows:
- Utilization score > 75%
- Rating ā„ 3
- RTO compliance
- Deliverables
- Overall performance based.
Note: There have been no communications or discussions between managers, leads, or business units (BU) regarding promotions. The process is purely performance-based, and eligible employees will be promoted automatically.

My profile got updated, and my HM said this promotion was based on the q4 quarter promotion. So will I get an updated salary in the month of March or April??
