I am from CIS Domain and monthly working a few days in the night shift (like per month 15 days) We have an RTO exception for night shift employees. Recently my project assigned to remote 0-1 d/w work model

My DOJ is Aug 9th 2022 and got 4 ratings. I have completed the 30 months. Am i eligible for Q1 promotion?
