Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion.

Hi All,

I am from QEA Domain, and my DOJ was 31st July, 2022.

This July I completed two years with Cognizant.

The work model assigned to me is Remote since I don’t have any ODC in my Base Location.

Can anyone confirm on the promotion eligibility and if I can expect to get promoted in the upcoming quarter.

I was hired as a GencNext Candidate.

If promotions are happening what is the correct process as my HM is also new to this shitty organisation.
