I'm currently completing 2 yrs experience. Doj is Nov - 2022. Ratings were 4 last year. When I can expect my A promotion?

You should've been promoted by now, the only reason I was not promoted was due to my low rating.

No there won't be any surprises, your home manager must have not given your name that's why you didn't get promoted, otherwise one of my teammates got promoted to associate. From this month's starting their designation changed everywhere.

What' s your day? Your hm will see and process you further once 2 years is done. You can expect it next quarter or even H1 2025.

For 4 star rating promotion they have set criteria of 30 months from joining.

This is not the criteria many of my friends promoted with 3 rating and 2 yrs completion
