Hi , I have a query. I will be completing 30 month on March 20th 2026. Will I get promoted on April cycle?. Based on which rating they would consider .? Any is there any package diff based on rating ?

It all depends on your luck and higher management's decision. Completing 30 months just means that you are eligible for promotion with at least a 3 rating and RTO compliant in the last 3 months. It won't guarantee promotion. It's sad, but it's the truth.
