Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion
I will be completing 3 years at Cognizant on 7th April, but my promotion is still on hold. Is there any automatic promotion process after completing 3 years? Also, what are the criteria for promotion in Q2?
100% skill up is necessary if u want to get promoted because I did not got promotion in Q4 which happened in March because same reason as my skill up was 50% , I have asked the reason then I got to know about it , better u connect with your HR for it rather than waiting for automatic promotion, because skill up is basic criteria
Just now I have completed 100 % skill , so if my manager will nominate me in April , will I get promoted ?
Same DOJ bro... For me my manager told me I'm eligible for a Q2 promotion but not sure when I'll get an update for it.
