My doj is 01-Dec-2022. I am completing 30months on June 2025. My rating is 4 and utilisation is more than 90%. I have gone office for 3 days since February till now (my work model was 2-3 days per week) but now work model has changed to 0-1days per week. Will i fulfil the RTO criteria if I go office for 1 day ?

No , make sure you go to office 2.5 day per week or 25 hours per week. Unless you meet this criteria you won't be promoted no matter how critical you are to the team. Hope this clarifies your query.
