Trending @Cognizant; PA to A Promotion

I have completed 30 months of tenure at Cognizant this February, I got 5 rating recently but the main concern is I was in bench in January & got the project on 18th February, so my utilisation is Red at Go Perform, my previous project was full Work from home , when can I expect Associate promotion from PA?
