Does anybody know what is the criteria for this quarter's promotion and when will they release the list of eligible associates

There are around 3 things you need to fulfill, you should be PA for 30 months, your utilisation should be above 75 or 80 and your RTO avg should be atleast 2 days a week. But I would suggest you keep the expectations negligible. As another guy commented keep that mindset just worse.

Not PA for 30 months.. total from PAT to PA- 30 months at tenure level
