I will give an example, my frd got promoted to Associate, in Associate 360 it got reflected for him as Associate , His HM don't know about that
After 1 week his HM asked him You didn't get me know that you are promoted he said. ...
Let's wait ...In june 2nd week only we will get to know whether we are going to be promoted or not .
Guys don't follow anymore assumptions they can't do it everytime they can't just promote and make it effective from April and provide the revised salary on June with arrears.. And main thing is Your HM won't be knowing anything abt promotion it's all processing under EDL, PM and with Hrs. Only think we can do is to wait
