Is the promotion from PA to A automatically given like from PAT to PA or depends on some other things as well. Could someone please tell?

You will be automatically promoted to A after the completion of 30months and also you need to have 75% utilization and 3days per week - rto . If these conditions are satisfied,you will be promoted.
