Anyone's teams/Associate 360 designation got changed?

It’s disappointing how the situation is being handled. First, they delayed appraisals by 4 months. Now, when the appraisals were finally there, they capped them at a mere 3–4%, citing “poor market conditions.” If the market is so bad and funds are lacking, then how does our CEO, Ravi, justify drawing a salary much higher than the previous CEO that is 186 crores(highest salary drawn by any Indian CEO) Why is it always the employees who bear the brunt of these so-called “market situations”?
Adding to this, even after completing 2 years, employees aren’t being promoted. Earlier, we just had to finish 24 months to become associates. Now, they’ve introduced all these arbitrary filters—performance ratings, work-from-office days, and project budgets. If there are no real promotions, why give us false hope? Just admit that promotions are off the table.
It was better when we had work-from-home options; at least migrant employees could save some money. But even that flexibility has been stripped away with mandatory office attendance.
I sincerely hope the management realizes that businesses thrive not just on profits but on how they treat their employees. If this disrespectful treatment continues, it’s not just employee morale that will suffer—ultimately, so will the business itself.
