My DOJ is july 7th,2022. My HM told be that criteria is changed to 30 Months from last promotion .is it true?

Yess but right you also completed 2.8 yrs(32months) right ? Then why you are worried about 30 months

He is saying from last promotion ..that means from July 7th,2023 he will count 30 months
