Hello all , my doj in cognizant is - 30 June 2022 as PAT. I have completed 2 years here ,my rating is also good , I am working on a project (billable) but I have not received any mail regarding promotion to Associate.
Did they stop promoting? 🥲
Bro, Talk to your HM, Did he nominate you in last quarter? You have to push him.
During my time, there was a mail circulated amongst all the leads regarding the promotion. There my home manager got an option to approve or deny in his 1C portal. He approved and within a week I got mail
Exactly that's what my HM is trying to say that she did not even receive any mail like that .. bad luck will never leave me i guess 🙃
Now days they’re just trying to find a minimal reason out of nowhere to terminate .
Same doj and good rating ,me also but didn't get any mail? Did you ask your HCM ? What did he told? My HCM told will let you know ,but no updates from him?

You will get in October, June 15 was the cutoff date for this quarter

Same with me,hr is saying policy has changed ,people with rating 5 are only eligible!
