I just received a message from my Senior manager and HM that my name is there in Q2 list, Does anyone know when it will reflect?

If your name is there in the list then that list is must be of q1 not q2. You will become associate by april 1st week.list only comes quarter wise it is not like q2 list you will get now it will come in may month
