I am having 5.6 years of experience and working as PA with 9LPA. If I get promoted to Associate how much minimal hike % can I expect?

I don't know the criteria but I am sure that it is not 15% as. I know a few people who previously received around 32000 and later they are getting 46000. I totally agree that the salary is dependent on domain to domain but I am sure that it is not 15%
