Let me be straight to the point, if your monthly salary being PA(GenC) is 30k then it would be around 46k monthly being an Associate, if you are a GenC Next candidate then after being an Associate you would receive 51k in hand monthly(it varies in other service lines)

On 21 August I have complete 30 months , So am I eligible for the promotion from PA to A?

Correct PKG will be around 6.7 if u r from AIA.
