Any update on the Jan quarter promotions? My manager is saying he didn't receive anything yet... In last quarter he nominates me but didn't got promoted..
I am frustrated due to answers of manager HR and Team lead
Same my HM is saying that Hr will provide but when I contacted Hr they are saying that HM will provide the list to portfolio lead and he needs to approve but portfolio lead is saying they haven't received anything from anyone .so everyone is blaming each and no one have any response
Just for associate level promotion they are doing this much drama

Actually PA to A used to be default promotions, but for the past couple of years, the promotions are being delayed especially after the new CEO has taken over.
And even the yearly merit hikes used to reflect from April month, but that is also being delayed to August. So frustratinggg...
Better to look for a good company and switch.
