Trending @Cognizant; PA to A criteria in Q4?

No not like that, I got promoted to A with ratings 3

From what I see the managers are giving different criteria to everyone......my reporting manager said that to get promoted to A you need to complete 2 yrs with 4 rating or atleast 3 yrs with any rating.........this was back when promotions talk were going on.....a few days back I checked with my RM and he said that I'll get promoted in the next cycle and I also belive i won't get rating below 4 not will I settle for less, so a little bit of hope...let's see

I am also waiting for the promotion....I joined in July 22 but still not promoted as my rating was 2 last year let's see when we get our chance

I think they are giving Promotions to 4 star rating guys who completed 30 months that too in certain conditions.

I got 4 star rating completed 30 months in nov 2024.. waiting for promotion but don't know what happens

Nope they are giving promotions for4+ ratings only😑
