Trending @Cognizant; PA to A confirmation

My manager told me I got promoted for Associate retrospective January month and he also told me I’ll get eletter this week. My profile is updated to Associate both in Associate 360 and TMP.

So when can I expect the remuneration eletter?? Will that be reflected in March month Salary?? Can I get the Jan and Feb month salary too?? (I’m seeing the Associate from this month)
