Trending @Cognizant; PA to A and March hike
Suppose I get promoted from PA to A in January. Would I still be eligible for the March/annual hike, which is applicable from April onwards? Or could the financial cycle cause an issue?
P.S.: I’m not sure if the nomination process has started yet.

I confirmed with my ex manager regarding the same, so she told me both are different cycles. Promotion cycle is different and annual me increase cycle is different, so they are not dependent on each other. So definitely you will get both.
Man it's good to hear this. Even if it doesn't happen, I need to know. I just don't want this to come as a shock.

I don’t think nomination will happen Bu will give direct promotion based on rating because last quarter on 15th Oct they are many whose designated got updated and in that many people are not nominated they became associate based on rating whose rating where 4. So I think this quarter also they will do the same. Or they might consider new rating 2024 may be because of that nomination window is not open yet because new rating will come in Jan and promotion will also happen in Jan.
