I joined cognizant on june 30 in 2022 and have 3 year end rating do i am eligible for promotion. And one more question are we getting any mail for the promotion ?

Yea you are eligible, manger will get mail post approval by BU you will receive mail

Not everyone is getting mail for promotion and managers also not receiving any update on some associate like me. I've joined since jan 2022 but in this quarter too my manager didn't receive mail for my promotion. This depends on ur utility, billing and project u r working on too. Everything is not in ur hand.
