My manager nominated me for the promotion. Now I was so worried, seeing all the post related to RTO as a criteria. I have been to office for 2 to 3 days since April. Is that enough.

I got 4 YEA , learning goals 100%, time sheet complaince 100%. Utilisation 95%.

Any HR s . Please confirm me.

If they want you to get promoted, they will do for sure.. Orelse they bring up all these factors and postpone it..

I will resign just after 2 year of completion my DOJ is in dec 2022., i will strive hard to get another job but surely i will get rid off this place

If your 2 years is done then ask your home manager, to confirm that you are eligible for promotion.
