Hi, regarding the promotion from PA to A.
I'm not meeting one criteria which is utilisation of last year. I've joined in july 2022, with 4 ratings on both 2023 and 2024.
If my HCM nominate me for the promotion in Q1 cycle, even without meeting that one criteria, will I get promotion based on HCM nomination?
Please confirm these.. Thanks in advance
I know few colleagues who got promoted to A this month even after not having 75 %utilisation criteria and 2.5+ days office
First of all HCM nominating you is not the final step of promotion dude, he will just nominate you even though you don't meet criteria, that nomination next goes to HR where they will check all the promotion criteria whether you are meeting or not, if anyone criteria is missing also they will reject your promotion and sends back email to your HCM, so please note the point here that HCM can support us even without meeting criteria but HR won't allow that 90 percent of the case
