Trending @Cognizant; PA retention policy?

I am a PA and will be completing 2 years in Cognizant in a month.

I got an offer from a start-up with 100% hike. But I would love it if Cognizant retains me.

I have been a key resource in my project with 100% billable.

Will Cognizant retain me even though i am a PA?

Even if you are critical resource do not expect from them . Max they will do 30%.

If you are a critical resource, there is dependency on you then only they will retain you that too by giving maximum 50- 60 % hike. So i suggest leave cognizant join other company. As you always have 1 offer letter based on that you can get many more opportunities outside during your notice period so you can choose the best out of that

Nope my manager tried everything to retain me, she went to the HRs but HR told her retention policy is freezed now they are not giving hikes to resigned associates

Nah, they probably won't. Last year, one of my friends got a 100% raise from another company, even though they told him it would be just 50% for an Associate role. So, it might be best to just leave.
