It’s already September 17th, and I wanted to check if anyone has recently received an update from senior managers or EDL regarding the eligibility list. If yes, please share.
I’ve seen that some updates are coming in from different domains, but personally, I haven’t received my eligibility list yet from HR or leadership. I’m from the CIS domain, and while I’m satisfied with areas like RTO, development plans, skill-ups, and especially billability, the eligibility confirmation is still pending.
It feels like this Q3 process is a bit different — around 50% seem to have already received their lists, while the other half (who are also eligible) are still waiting.
Can others please confirm if they’ve recently received the eligibility list confirmation?
If you are satisfying all the criteria, you will get promotion mail from HR in 1st week of October
But why our sr manager and hr says .. list is not shared by leadership till now.. we satisfy all the criteria bro.. but still they are holding on and no updates
Iam from EPS domain. I checked with my manager last week on the eligibility list and he said still no updates on it.
But actually you are satisfying all eligibility criteria right bro like 30’mons from doj, rto, billability etc? We are on it,, but still no updates
