Hi guys I'm will complete 30 months on Dec 2025, having work modal of 0-1 day Remote, when will I be eligible for promotion?

I'm not going to office, will I be considered?

After 2 years you will be eligible for promotion. But if you don’t go to office regularly it is impossible to get promoted. I also worked from home, with 4+ years of experience I am yet to get promoted. If I ask my manager he is asking to go to office 3 days per week
