Guys, it’s already September 24. Someone mentioned here that HR would confirm promotions on September 23, but till now nothing is shared. I checked with HR, project manager, and senior manager — the Q3 eligibility list itself hasn’t been released for our domain (CIS) and also for some domains like AIA and EPS. From what I heard and from my friends’ updates, the same issue continues.

I also have a doubt — will both eligible and non-eligible candidate lists be shared with EDL / Associate Director / Senior Managers? In our project, we clearly know we’re eligible as we meet all criteria, but still the eligibility and non-eligibility details haven’t reached HR yet, even though it’s already September 24.

Can you guys share if you received any recent update from your manager confirming eligibility from the list?
