Try to attend office maximum days from oct last week to November last week, middle month rto is important, because if they alter starting and ending periods also ,you will be in a safe place.

Aug Sep Oct Nov will be considered

1 September to 25 november.

September 10 to December 10

Due to the project work burden I couldn't attend office in September that much will I be good to get promotion from Jan(completing 30 months in November this year). And if I do 12 days per month continuous that is acceptable or not??
