Trending @Cognizant; PA -> A promotion

In 2024 I got 2 rating and for 2025 I received 3 rating. I have already complete 30 months in cognizant. I will complete my 3 years in february. Will I be eligible for PA -> A promotion in this quarter ?

Please help me with this question.

Same. I have also received 3 rating this year and followed rto. Is it auto promotion if we meet all the criterias?
