Today my manager told me that I got promoted to A. He told that will be effective from Jan . What does it means?
I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.
I guess wfo is mandate criteria one should get promoted
Ok let's say I'm not promoted and I'm comfortable with the salary that I'm getting as I'm saving 90% , but if I go to office than obviously I have pay rent, food etc. So is it possible that they never going to promote me ever? Will i be a PA for say 5 yrs?
