Guys who got promoted from PA to A and didn't followed RTO. Can you please tell why you think you got promoted. I can see some have mentioned exception list. . . what is that? Please comment it can help many like me, who got frustrated because of that 24 months to 30 months criteria and stopped following RTO since then.
