I checked with my manager, my doj is 10 Aug 2022, so as per doj i completed 30 months on 10 feb 2025, but manager is saying I was not eligible for promotion in Q1 ( jan-mar ) , so I'll be eligible in this Q2 so the promotion will be in june ☹️☹️☹️
