  1. No updates regarding E- letter, Designation will change by 11th March. Later we may receive the letter

  2. It's Q4, as it's effective from Jan 2025

I am a PA joined in Oct 2022, first of all am i eligible for promotion. I have 3 ratings in both years in CIS domain. I have never been to office a single day. Since working remotely help me in saving a lot and I'm not sure if I can work from office unless I have enough salary. What are the chances they not going to promote me and they are going to terminate me as I'm not following RTO policy.
