I will be getting promoted to Associate in the next cycle and I am from Cybersecurity IDAM domain. Can anyone tell me what will be my revised package after becoming package as I’m hearing mixed answers from ppl. Someone is saying 6LPA, 6.5LPA, 7LPA. Can anyone confirm the correct package please?

I want to know if I’m non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I’m having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.
