For Q2 2025, in order to meet the RTO criteria of 2.5 days per week, if someone has an approved one-week leave, do they still need to swipe into the office? I believe that if leave is applied, there’s no need to come to the office, right? In that case, do they still count leave days towards the 2.5-day requirement?
Can anyone clarify?

I maintained 2 to 3 days RTO but in between i missed 1 or 2 weeks. Is that the reason why i haven't promoted? I am billable , completed goals 3.3 yrs exp. I have never been on bench until now

Did you compensate these days in the upcoming days ?
If not maybe that was the reason
