Promotions are happening automatically if you are fulfilling all the criteria’s, u know a person on bench got promoted because she had 100 utilisation

No it's not happening like this , hr will share the eligible list to bau then they will decide which to give.

Criteria for PA to A , march 25 cycle

1. 30 months on cutoff date which will be 31- March 25
2. RTO more than 2.5 days per week from September 24
3. Learning goal 100% for fy 24
4. 3 and above rating

One of my friends got promoted to A without HM nomination and his rating was 3

We need to raise GSD or check some info for this quarter like before or they are changing anything.....
