Hi all,

I have joined CTS as PA[GENC NEXT] in SEP 2023, 18 months will completed soon and I got a rating of 5 this time, I got billability last Friday in a new project, in my previous project I was NBL, so what are the chances i'll get promoted in this cycle?

I thought it would work like that if I joined as a PAT then it will take 12 months to PA then 18 months to A. Is it like that at whatever level you join it will take 30 months?
