Trending @Accenture; P3 proficiency & Hackathon idea

I have recently completed P3 proficiency for a skill added as secondary skill in mycompetancy, also my idea is selected in hackathon. How can I highlight this in performance discussion.

Any idea only adding in priorities helps? Will that highlight?
