Hi Team,

I would like to seek clarification regarding my eligibility for the Q1 2026 promotion cycle.

For the current year, I have received three performance ratings and have maintained approximately 95% billability. However, during the last quarter of 2025, I was not able to report to the office consistently.

I would like to understand whether this may impact my promotion eligibility. Could you please confirm if the final evaluation is done collectively based on factors such as RTO compliance, billability, and overall performance? Additionally, after the ratings are finalized, will RTO compliance still be considered as part of the promotion decision?

I would also like to highlight that I missed my promotion last year due to receiving a 2-rating. If a similar situation were to occur again despite improved performance this year, it would be quite discouraging. Hence, I request your guidance on how my current performance will be evaluated
