What are the criteria for p to pa promotion. Anyone already got the promotion? If so how much salary are you getting now ?

Yes, last year I promoted from P to PA. After PA promotion by package was 4.5LPA. Programmer(P) is applicable for only degree background peoples like BSc, BCA, Bcom, BA

You must be complete 1 year in P and your HM should approve your promotion. Anyway it's default promotion
