I joined cognizant as PT in Aug 2022, after 1 year I got promoted to P. I completed 2 years on Aug 2024 and then after I was promoted to PA. Can I expect Associate promotion by next year Aug 2025?

Every year promotion nhi hota hai bhai. Yahan Btech wale Associate nhi ban pa rhe hai. I know some people whose 3,4 year’s completed but not got promoted to A joined as PT they are still PA.
