Now say is renting better than owning

2020 - 32k 2021- 36k 2022- 40k 2023 - 45k 2024 - 65k These returns are better than stock market.

Rents have been increased from covid times across the cities especially major metro cities, due to large influx on working population, mandator wfo. You are lucky it took 4 years for your rent to double, some folks had to pay double rent within a year or two after covid.
